KRK has approached the Bombay High Court to quash a 2017 FIR filed against him at the Bandra Police station. The FIR is over Kamaal R Khan’s alleged remarks about Dhanush on X.
KRK, who is currently undergoing 14-day judicial custody in connection with an FIR against his controversial social media posts back in 2020, was arrested by transfer order of 24th MM Court, Borivali, Mumbai, according to the police.
KRK has been arrested over his 2020 controversial tweet on the decreased actors Rishi Kapoor and Irfan Khan. He will be presented in Mumbai’s Borivali Court today.
Mika and KRK have been involved in a mudslinging match ever since Salman Khan filed a case against the latter, an actor-turned-critic, over certain remarks he made.
According to Salman's legal team, the suit against KRK was filed because the latter "has been publishing and endorsing defamatory allegations, including that Mr. Salman Khan is corrupt, that he and his brand 'Being Human' are involved in fraud, manipulation and money laundering transactions, that he and Salman Khan Films are dacoits."
