ECI’s ‘sweet’ gesture: First-time voters in Kerala greeted with Halwa

The Chief Electoral Officer of Kerala has initiated the unique ‘Vote Sweetened Kerala’ campaign at select polling booths in each district to encourage youth participation in the election process.
