‘Black Day’ vs ‘New Dawn’: Political face-off on Art 370 abrogation anniversary

On completion of six years of abrogation of Article 370, the ruling National Conference (NC) and its ally Congress have called 5 August 2019 as a “Black Day”, while the BJP said that abolition of the special status has brought peace, progress and development to Jammu and Kashmir.
