Vice-President Jagdeep Dhankhar was the chief guest at University campus, New Delhi and delivered the convocation address.
During his interaction with the students, Dhankhar recalled his visit to Nalanda University on 29th September, on his maiden visit to the state of Bihar.
Emphasising on the need to be “vocal for local”, the VP said that this spirit was a facet of ‘Aatmanirbhar Bharat’, and reflected the essence of the ‘Swadeshi Andolan’ during India’s freedom struggle.
Vice-President Jagdeep Dhankhar on Sunday asserted that India has become a "role model" for the world in the advancement of human rights.
The vice president called for addressing all forms of disabilities and structuring suitable solutions for the same.
However, Dhankhar stated that though AI has the potential to harm, we must acknowledge that this technology is here to stay and we must adapt to the changing landscape, employing the transformative potential of AI as a tool to improve our capabilities, while also safeguarding against its misuse.
