During his visit, Shringla will call on Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina and Foreign Minister A K Abdul Momen apart from holding delegation-level talks with his counterpart. He will also meet Bangladesh Minister for Road Transport and Bridges and Awami League General Secretary Obaidul Quader.
President Ram Nath Kovind has accepted their resignations, a statement from Rashtrapati Bhavan said.
Meanwhile, Union Minister of Social Justice and Empowerment Thawar Chand Gehlot has been appointed as Governor of Karnataka.
The fake vaccine drive mastermind Debanjan Deb was earlier arrested for allegedly posing as an IAS officer and organising a Covid-19 vaccination camp in the city's Kasba area, where actor and Trinamul Congress MP Mimi Chakraborty had also got her inoculation.
He said that the Indian Council of Medical Research has facilitated setting up 74 Covid testing labs in the government sector and 54 labs in the private sector.

Although a slew of initiatives have been announced by the Central and multiple State Governments to alleviate the suffering of the financially destitute class during the lockdown, this mass migration shows that collaborative efforts of the Union and the State governments have either not been in sync or have not been implemented properly.
According to the health experts the fight against Coronavirus can be won if social distancing and extensive testing are followed rigorously. India is trying to arrest the spread of COVID-19 pandemic by imposing a 21-day nationwide lockdown. Meanwhile, extensive testing is something the country is lagging behind with the lowest testing rates among all the affected countries.
Private labs and empanelled hospitals will be geared up to provide the free services to the beneficiaries, it said.
"We have put 5 lakh people on community surveillance and so far we have screened 15 lakh people and tested some 42000 people in 125 government labs but only those who were exhibiting symptoms," he said.
