India, Paraguay reaffirm commitment to combating terrorism through coordinated global efforts

Both parties agreed that terrorism, in all its forms and manifestations, constitutes a serious threat to international peace and security during the first meeting of the India-Paraguay Joint Commission Mechanism (JCM) which was held in the city of Asunción.
