ECI begins training prog for BLO supervisors from Jharkhand

Chief Election Commissioner Gyanesh Kumar on Monday inaugurated a two-day capacity-building programme for frontline election functionaries from Jharkhand at the India International Institute of Democracy and Election Management (IIIDEM) here.
