Kargil Vijay Diwas: Sood urges citizens to serve the nation through civic responsibility

On the occasion of Kargil Vijay Diwas, Delhi Education Minister Ashish Sood urged citizens to view civic responsibility as a form of patriotism. “Not everyone needs to go to the battlefield to serve the country,” he said, emphasizing that actions such as keeping one’s surroundings clean, following traffic rules, and protecting public property are equally vital for the nation's progress.
