This progress is reflected in the recent approval of 22 projects under the third phase of the Central Government’s Electronics Component Manufacturing Scheme (ECMS), which includes four proposals from the state of Uttar Pradesh.

The meeting, held at the Chief Minister’s residential office here, was attended by senior officials of the state government, the Union coal ministry and subsidiaries of Coal India Limited.
“Availability of night flights will not only boost tourism but also ease travel for locals. A large number of travellers coming from abroad or other Indian cities are unable to conveniently reach Dehradun due to time-bound flight availability,” Dhami said.
Issuing notice and granting four weeks for replies, a bench of Justice Surya Kant and Justice Joymalya Bagchi asked petitioner–advocate Ashwini Upadhyay to make all recognised and registered political parties respondents in the matter, noting that any directions would directly impact them.
