Kavitha, who is at present lodged in the Tihar jail under judicial custody, was earlier arrested by the Directorate of Enforcement (ED) in a money laundering case linked to the excise policy scam.
Kavitha added that the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) has already taken her statement in jail.
BRS MLC and Telangana CM K Chandrashekar Rao's daughter K Kavitha appeared before the officials of the ED in the national capital.
