Punjab govt committed to stop brain drain : Mann

Punjab Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann on Saturday said the state government is committed to stop brain drain from Punjab by creating new opportunities so that the youth of Punjab should not go to foreign shores in pursuit of their dreams.
