PM Modi will pay a State visit to Israel on February 25-26 at the invitation of his Israeli counterpart, Benjamin Netanyahu, the Ministry of External Affairs (MEA) announced on Tuesday.
The third meeting of the India-Saudi Arabia Security Working Group under the Political, Consular and Security Cooperation Committee of Strategic Partnership Council was held today in Riyadh.
The Indian Olympic Association (IOA) and the Italian National Olympic Committee (CONI) on Wednesday formalised a new phase of collaboration by signing a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) aimed at deepening bilateral ties in the field of sports.
In his opening remarks during a meeting with Thailand’s Foreign Minister, Sihasak Phuangketkeow, in New Delhi, Jaishankar said, “India and Thailand have historically shared close and friendly ties. We value Thailand as a long-time friend, apart from being an important maritime neighbour.”
Rear Admiral Mohamed Tahin, Inspector of the Royal Moroccan Navy, is currently on an official visit to India.

During his ongoing visit, Modi inaugurated the 1,020 MW Punatsangchhu-II Hydroelectric Project, a joint initiative between India and Bhutan, marking a major milestone in energy cooperation.
"PM Narendra Modi joined His Majesty the King of Bhutan and sought blessings from the Holy Relics of Lord Buddha. Accompanied by chants by Monks, they prayed to the Holy Relics," the Ministry of External Affairs (MEA) posted on X.
According to sources at the Prime Minister's Office, the timing of Modi's visit to the Himalayan nation aligns with the 70th birthday of the fourth king of Bhutan, Jigme Singye Wangchuck, who is the father of the current king, Jigme Khesar Namgyel Wangchuck.
