The forest department of Bankura (north) and Bishnupur divisions have arranged special transportation for the examinees from the villages in Barjora, Beliatore, Gangajalghanti and Sonamukhi Range areas
Barjora Police Station, which has responsibility for an area spread over 239.6 square km in seven Gram Panchayat areas in Bankura district is located beside the Bankura-Durgapur highway and it is surrounded by heavy growth on its eastern and south-eastern sides.
The Barrage on the Damodar river links Bankura with the Durgapur steel city in Burdwan (West) and also acts as the lone junction to connect districts including Midnapore (West), Jhargram and Bankura with North Bengal.
