A bench of the Supreme Court granted liberty to the petitioner, Anil Deshmukh, to file an application seeking an early hearing in his bail plea pending before the Bombay High Court.
While cancelling Mishra's bail, the Supreme Court had asked the high court to decide his bail plea afresh and the plea came up for hearing before Justice Singh's bench.
