AAP convenor Arvind Kejriwal on Saturday requested Lieutenant Governor Vinai Kumar Saxena and Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) leaders to not politicize the issue of Bus Marshals and urged for the immediate reinstatement of their services.
Delhi Congress President Devender Yadav on Friday slammed former Delhi chief minister Arvind Kejriwal and former deputy chief minister Manish Sisodia for shifting their residence to the Lutyens' Delhi.
AAP Rajya Sabha MP Sanjay Singh on Friday said that party's national convener Arvind Kejriwal is set to return amongst the public with his second ‘Janta Ki Adalat’ at Chhatrasal Stadium on Sunday, reaffirming his commitment to the national capital's residents.
"It brings me immense joy that he (the AAP chief) accepted my invitation," said the party's Rajya Sabha MP.
The Aam Aadmi Party national convener Arvind Kejriwal on Wednesday claimed that father of the nation Mahatma Gandhi's dream of an India where education, healthcare, and harmony transcend barriers of caste and religion, is being realized in Delhi under the AAP government.
"On the basis of the choices registered, we will provide free electricity to those families who wish to seek the benefit of the scheme," the Delhi Chief Minister said.
BJP criticized AAP after its Himachal Pradesh unit leader posted pro-Khalistan tweets and said the party's anti-national agenda has been exposed once again.
"A moment of pride for India. Delhi and AAP make Indians proud. The world is now looking up to Delhi for solutions in many areas of urban governance. We all will learn from each other to make world a better place,"
The Delhi Chief Minister said there are some good people in BJP, Congress, and other parties in Himachal Pradesh, all of them are not bad. "They are feeling suffocated in their parties," he said.
Mann said the Centre has withheld the funds under the scheme as the previous governments have diverted these funds for their vested political interests.
