NHRC notice on trial of Odisha man for murder of ‘alive’ spouse

The National Human Rights Commission has directed the Odisha Chief Secretary and the Director General of Police (DGP) to investigate into the plight of the innocent man who was implicated in murder of his ‘alive’ wife.
