India’s Olympic bronze medallist wrestler Yogeshwar Dutt joined Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s cleanliness campaign ‘Swachhata Hi Seva’ on Sunday.
The 34-year-old from Sonipat district, Haryana, was seen engaged in a cleanliness drive with a group of boys.
Yogeshwar tweeted: “बचपन से पहलवानी सीख कर ही बड़े मेडल मिलते है, वैसे #स्वच्छता भी आदत मे डालनी चाहिए। यह भी सिखने की तरह निरंतर प्रक्रिया है। #SwachhataHiSeva (Learning wrestling from early age results in great medals. Somewhat similar, cleanliness should also be a part of one’s routine. This is also a constant process.)”

PM Modi announced the start of ‘Swachhata Hi Seva’ clean India drive on 15 September.

Earlier in the day, India’s football team coach Stephen Constantine, who originally hails from the United Kingdom, came forward and participated in the campaign.
