Besides recommending the dismissal of Varun Chaudhary and stringent punishment for Karmendra Singh, the Uttarakhand Government has decided to withhold three increments of former Haridwar SDM Rajveer Singh for irregularities and corrupt practices in the documentation related to the land deal.
This is being done as part of the agency's preparations to ensure the smooth, secure and transparent conduct of the re-test.

He added that in places where seat-sharing arrangements are yet to be finalized, the alliance partners will take appropriate decisions .
