According to Milind, a great model is someone who is a perfect combination of poise and personality and “expresses herself effortlessly despite being subjected to any tough situation”.

Both Milind and Malika opines that it’s not just a pretty face that matters in modelling. It also calls for sheer dedication, grace and poise, the actors believe.

“Dedication plays a key role and in ‘India’s Next Top Model’ that will be a major trait on which I will be judging the girls. I want all the aspiring models out there to know that it’s definitely not just a pretty face that matters!” the actor says in a statement.

Malaika, who will be judging the models on “several parameters”, also believes there’s more to modelling than just a pretty face. “It is all about being free-spirited and expressing oneself without any inhibitions,” she says in a statement.

“We are not looking for a pretty face, but a face that embodies the essence of human expression,” the actress says, adding, “A super model for me would be someone who effortlessly carries off the latest trends be it the squiggle eyebrows or rocks sky-high heels with the utmost grace”.
