According to him, this remedy is simple and can be prepared at home with just two ingredients: fresh ginger juice and honey. He suggests mixing half a teaspoon of ginger juice with one teaspoon of honey. The mixture should be taken twice a day, once in the morning and once in the evening.

Acharya Balkrishna explains that this natural remedy has been tested through experience and is helpful in easing all kinds of respiratory issues. People who suffer from asthma or frequent coughs or common colds may find relief by regularly following this very simple practice.
