Food delight for north Indian food lovers at Punjabi By Nature 2.0

From soups to platters to kebabs to the main course, you have everything to fill up your stomach. Let’s go through the gastronomic journey of dishes at Punjabi By Nature 2.0.

Start your meal with a soup such as Roasted Tomato Mint Shorba. It is basically tomato with more herbs and spices.

The latest menu has finger-licking food so one might be forced to think what to try in starters. Go for Bhalla Papdi Twist which is a thin crust with lentil dumpling blended with tamarind and mint sauce.

 

Are you craving for Pizza? Punjabi By Nature 2.0 has Naanza which is an interpretation of pizza which is available in naan bread. I ordered Margherita Naan Pizza with Sundried Tomatoes and Panner Tikka. The base is crisp, which adds more flavour to the dish.

To end the starters, I went for Veg Kebab Platter which included Dahi Ke Kebab, Paneer Tikka, and Veg Seekh Kebab. Dahi Ke Kebab is an exotic blend of hung curd delicately cooked with fresh coriander and green chilies and it is one of their signature dishes.

 

Tandoori Panner Tikka, a cottage cheese marinated in curd and spices and cooked with onion and capsicum in traditional clay oven, has a delectable taste. Veg Seekh Kebab is one such dish which melts right in your mouth with its ingredients such as baby corn, peas, carrot and broccoli spiced with herbs.

 

North Indian food is incomplete without creamy Dal Makhani and Lahori Masala Panner served with lachedar or pudina parantha and papad basket.

Desserts are a must and the meal is always incomplete without it. Finish your meal with mouth-watering Gulab Jamun Cheesecake, the cream on the top will make you want more.

Punjabi By Nature 2.0 is giving us all the right reasons to step out for this weekend.
