Opt for a moisturizer which is infused with hydrating & soothing ingredients. The moisturizer will keep your skin hydrated and will not make your face look greasy or heavy at the same time. In summers, this will help to settle down extra oil easily.

Hydrate it Thoroughly

The summer weather is all about heat and itchy skin, so eating foods rich in water content can help hydrate your skin thoroughly. Try consuming watermelon, oranges, kiwi, and watery veggies like cucumbers, zucchini, celery, and carrots. Make sure to drink enough water and juices to keep yourself hydrated so that the skin doesn’t look fatigued.

Think about Sunscreen All the Time

Sunscreens are a must have during summer months. A good sunscreen protects your skin from harmful UV rays and aging signs. When applying sunscreen, try applying at least 2 layers on your face as this will make it supple, smooth and avoid harsh skin tan. Use a broad spectrum sunscreen and look out for some anti-pollution factors in it. It should not be comedogenic at the same time.

Cleansing- A magic formula

Regular cleansing should be a part of your summer skincare routine, especially if you want to have a radiant and fresh face. One should deeply cleanse the skin but at the same time, it should not be over stripping to make hardened oil stay away from the pores. Try doing cleansing four times a day, post that apply hydrating masks to further enhance the quality of the skin.

Use Vitamin C based products

No list of skin care tips for summer is complete without a product that contains Vitamin C. Vitamin C, a powerful antioxidant protects from free radical damage, as our body never produces it but needs it from outside. Vitamin C infused products hydrate your skin and give your skin essential nutrients required to glow.
