Impact entrepreneur Pratik Gauri has founded 8 purpose startups in the last decade and proven that companies can amplify their profits if they focus on impact.

From helping fortune 500 brands go from for-profit to for-benefit as India President of 5th Element Group, to designing Go-To-Market strategies for brands to penetrate rural India as the founder of Let’s Do This, to amplifying impact stories on television as India Host of FINTECH TV, to building omniwin solutions with billionaires/celebrities/impact investors at World Economic Forum in Davos, impact entrepreneur Pratik Gauri is on a mission to create the “5th Industrial Revolution.”

What is the 5th Industrial Revolution? “When you work at the intersection of profits and impact, you generate more profits”, writes Pratik in an article for Thrive Global. “If you use technologies created in 4th Industrial Revolution like AI / IoT/ 3D Printing / Blockchain to create positive impact on humanity, you can make crazy profits”, says Pratik.

Gauri founded his first startup when he was 16 and since then he has founded 8 purpose startups in the 5IR Space championing United Nations’ Sustainable Development Goals.

The 29-year-old Indian impact entrepreneur has represented his works at prestigious covenings like World Economic Forum in Davos, Skoll World Forum in Oxford, Nobel Peace Prize Forum in Oslo, United Nations in New York and Opportunity Collaboration in Mexico.

In 2019, this social entrepreneur went to more than 20 countries to sign partnerships and in January 2020 he also helped take RB’s Mission Paani stewarded by Amitabh Bachchan to WEF Davos.

Pratik says, “The only way to be successful in post-COVID 19 world is by the creation of  omniwins.” Omniwins are partnerships which are a WIN-WIN for all stakeholders. He has managed to bring 4 silos together – Fortune 500 companies, Ultra High Net Worth Individuals, Social Entrepreneurs, and Government, helping mobilise millions of dollars towards impact. In the past 2 years, he has proven that brands can amplify their “brand warmth” by unlocking dollars for social causes using the shared language of the UN SDGs.

Among his many accolades, he has been named a GreenBiz Global “30 under 30”, BP Scholar, Global Shaper at the World Economic Forum, Climate Leader trained by US Vice President Al Gore, Winner of UNLEASH 2019 – an innovation lab for UN SDGs, Ambassador at One Young World, and Asia’s top 50 voices by Earth Day Network.

A firm believer of using social media to create change, Pratik is also a public TEDx speaker and a social media influencer with more than 200,000 followers.

Gauri says, “My focus for this decade is to build unicorn startups in the 5IR space as I see the potential to not just become a billionaire but positively impact 6 billion lives and help achieve the United Nations’ Global Goals by 2030.”
