Disilting work on trunk sewer line in West Delhi begins
According to the Minister Ashish Sood, no disilting work has been undertaken on the sewer line since 2013.

Two labourers died alive under debris as a large amount of soil fell on them while a digging work for a sewer line was underway in the Shahdol city of Madhya Pradesh on Thursday afternoon.
According to the police, the incident took place around 1.30 pm in ward number one of Shahdol city.

According to Sohagpur Police station Inspector Bhupendra Mani Pandey, a Gujarat-based company is carrying out the sewer project.

Sources said the company, named ‘Snehal’, has been conducting the sewer line laying project in the city for the past some time.
After getting the information about the mishap, teams of the State Disaster Response Force (SDRF) and local police rushed to the scene, and a JCB machine was also deployed to remove the soil and extract the trapped labourers.
However, by the time the two were pulled out from the debris, they had died.
The police said the deceased were identified as Mukesh Baiga (40) and Mahipal Baiga (33), both residents of Kotma village.
