A day after social activist Swami Agnivesh was attacked in Jharkhand by a group of people, Congress president Rahul Gandhi took a dig at the government on Wednesday as he posted a ‘pop quiz’ asking people to identify the “perpetrator of hatred and fear”.

Gandhi, in his ‘riddle’, hinted that the person, who is to be identified, uses hatred and fear to maintain the hierarchy of power.

I bow to the most powerful in the line. A person’s strength & power are all that are important to me.

I use hatred & fear to maintain the hierarchy of power. I seek out the weakest & crush them.

I rank all living beings based on their usefulness to me.

Who am I?” Gandhi wrote on Twitter.

He also attached a video of Agnivesh being attacked in Jharkhand’s Pakur to his tweet.

On Tuesday, the 78-year-old activist was assaulted by suspected Bharatiya Janata Yuva Morcha (BJYM) members who were reportedly heard shouting “Jai Shri Ram” slogans.
