Union Petroleum and Natural Gas Minister Dharmendra Pradhan on Tuesday hit back at Congress Vice President Rahul Gandhi for calling GST a ‘Gabbar Singh Tax’, saying those people who have destroyed the country are now shedding crocodile tears.
Pradhan along with his wife held prayers at the Mahakal temple here on Tuesday morning.

Asked about Rahul Gandhi’s statement on GST, he said “People who don’t know about the country’s politics start abusing you.”

“They are the people who have ruled the nation for decades and have destroyed it and now they are shedding crocodile tears,” he added.
Pradhan will attend two convocation ceremonies in Indore and Bhopal.
