Centre approves Rs 797 crore green hydrogen jetty project at Odisha’s Paradip Port
The project will be implemented by Paradip Port Authority on a build-operate-transfer (BOT) basis.

Paradip Port Authority (PPA) actively participated in India Maritime Week 2025 held in Mumbai, showcasing its growth, innovation, and contribution to India’s maritime vision.
Union Minister of Ports, Shipping and Waterways, Sarbananda Sonowal, Union Minister of State for Ports, Shipping and Waterways, Shantanu Thakur, and Secretary, Ministry of Ports, Shipping and Waterways, Vijay Kumar, visited the Paradip Port Authority exhibition stall. They were received by P. L. Haranadh, Chairman, Paradip Port Authority, who briefed them on the port’s achievements, ongoing development projects, and future plans aimed at enhancing capacity, efficiency, and sustainability.
