Northern Army Commander Lt. General Pratik Sharma on Thursday reviewed preparedness for drone warfare in the region.

Meanwhile, the GOC of the Rising Star Corps reviewed the operational preparedness of forward Indian Army aviation bases. He lauded the mission readiness of the troops and the proactive measures taken to counter evolving operational challenges and maintain battlefield dominance.

A commemorative expedition to the historic Tololing Peak was flagged off on Thursday at Leh by Major General DK Singh, Chief of Staff, Fire and Fury Corps.

The expedition marks the 245th Raising Day of the Corps of Engineers, to be celebrated on 18 November 2025.
