28 bikers arrested in New Delhi for reckless driving
At around 3.30 am on Wednesday, a patrolling team alerted the staff of the Parliament and Kartavya Path Street Police Station about the 28 bikers who were indulging in negligent and rash driving.
A proclaimed offender, having two wives and two children, has been nabbed by a team of Crime Branch of the Delhi Police for defrauding widow women through shadi.com and other matrimonial sites and raping a widow.
The accused has been identified as Ravi Lakhina (46), a resident of Janakpuri, Delhi, who was wanted in a case of rape of Vasant Kunj North police station. He was absconding since the day he committed the crime and has never been arrested, but declared proclaimed offender.
Special Commissioner of Police, Ravindra Singh Yadav said on April 7 this year, the prosecutrix had registered a complaint at Vasant Kunj North police station. The widow disclosed that she met with the Ravi Lakhina on www.shadi.com. Lakhina, using his fake profile with a handsome profile, was searching a widow. She contacted him with an intent to marry. But when she met him, he sexually assaulted her.

Later, the victim came to know that the Ravi Lakhina was already married and with two wives and two children. He cheated on her with fake profile and on the pretext of marriage and raped her.
On her complaint, a rape case was registered and investigation was initiated. During the investigation, the accused Ravi Lakhina was arrested from Sector 48, Gurugram on secret information.
