An old video purportedly showing murder accused Siya Goyal at a pub has gone viral on social media, days after police recreated the crime scene in the Ketan Agarwal murder case.
Believed to have been shot at a pub in December last year, the clip shows Siya talking on the phone while holding what appears to be a beer bottle. She is allegedly heard using abusive language and saying, “First he cheats on me, then he calls me.”

Police have not said whether the video has any relevance to the murder investigation. However, its circulation has once again brought the high-profile case into the spotlight.
Apart from the pub video, several older photographs and videos featuring Siya Goyal and co-accused Chetan Chaudhary have also resurfaced online. One of the clips reportedly shows the two attending a cricket league match together months before the alleged crime. Police have not established any connection between these visuals and the investigation.
Police continue probe into Ketan Agarwal’s death
The case relates to the death of 26-year-old Pune-based real estate businessman Ketan Agarwal, who allegedly died after being pushed from a cliff at Lohagad Fort in Pune district on June 18. Ketan and Siya were engaged and were reportedly scheduled to marry in November this year.
According to Pune Rural Police, Siya Goyal and Chetan Chaudhary are accused of conspiring to kill Ketan. Both remain in police custody until July 3 while investigators continue to examine evidence and verify multiple aspects of the case.
Police are also examining Ketan’s mobile phone as part of the investigation. Officials have confirmed that the device remained with Siya for some time after Ketan’s death before it was handed over to his family.
Authorities have not disclosed whether any data on the phone was accessed, deleted or altered during that period. They have also not confirmed whether either accused attempted to tamper with the device.
Crime scene recreated at Lohagad Fort
On Wednesday, Pune Rural Police recreated the alleged crime scene at Lohagad Fort to better understand the sequence of events.
Investigators used a fibre dummy matching Ketan’s approximate height and weight before dropping it into a gorge estimated to be more than 300 feet deep.
Deputy Superintendent of Police (Lonavala Division) Gajanan Tompe said the reconstruction was based on evidence gathered during the investigation.
“Today, we took the accused to Lohagad and conducted a reconstruction of the crime scene. The exercise was performed based on the facts available in the investigation. The probe is still underway, and all relevant findings will be placed before the court. We are also recording statements of everyone connected with the case and will continue to do so,” he said.
Investigators also conducted a gait analysis of co-accused Chetan Chaudhary as part of the probe.
On Monday, the Vadgaon Maval court extended the police custody of Siya Goyal and Chetan Chaudhary by five days after investigators sought more time to examine evidence, question witnesses and complete pending forensic procedures.
