India logs 412 new Covid cases, three deaths
With the addition of new cases, the total caseload in the country rose to 4,50,09,660.
As many as 144 people have tested positive for Covid-19 in India during the past 24 hours, as per the data of the Union Health ministry on Saturday.
The overall Covid caseload of the country rose to 4,50,27,898 following the detection of the new cases of infections. These also included the JN.1 Covid variant cases.
Of the new cases, Maharashtra reported the highest with 35 cases and Karnataka 26.

Seventeen people tested positive in Delhi during the said period.
According to the data, two more succumbed to the disease, taking the death toll to 5,33,472. Uttar Pradesh and Rajasthan reported one death each.
On the other hand, the recovery tally rose to 4,44,93,586 as 161 people recovered from the disease.
As per the data, the active cases in the country stands at 840.
