Jharkhand Chief Minister said on Saturday that he was impressed with the Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal’s work in the health and education sector and he was inspired to implement the same in his state as well.

On Friday, Soren met Kejriwal and the duo discussed the Aam Aadmi Party government’s initiatives in the state.

Taking to Twitter, Soren said, “It was a pleasure to meet Arvind Kejriwal ji, Chief Minister of Delhi and extend warm wishes from Jharkhand. We also discussed about the stellar public education and health initiatives undertaken by Aam Aadmi Party government.”

“Inspired to implement similar initiatives in Jharkhand,” he added.

The meeting was done on the occasion of the New Year. Soren along with his wife, Kalpana Murmu, also met President Ram Nath Kovind at Rashtrapati Bhavan. He also met former President Pranab Mukherjee and extend New Year wishes to them.

On December 29, Soren took oath as the 11th Chief Minister of Jharkhand.
