17.31 lakh new workers added under ESI Scheme
Around 19,000 new establishments have been registered and brought under the social security umbrella of the ESIC during March this year.
ESIC SO Prelims: The Employees’ State Insurance Corporation has released the marks of the individual candidates who gave the prelims examination of ESIC SSO on November 3, 2018. The merit list is available on the official website-www.esic.nic.in
The candidates will be able to check their marks using the registration number and roll number. The mains examination will be held on December 15, 2018. The results have been declared in a PDF form. A total of 6202 candidates have qualified for the main examination.

Important Information:
• The candidates should note that they need to clear the sectional cut off along with the overall cut off for being short listed to appear in the mains examination.
• The mains examination will be conducted on December 15, 2018.
ESIC SSO Mains exam pattern
• The Mains examination will consist of Reasoning, General Intelligence/Financial Awareness, English and Quantitative Aptitiude.
• It will consist of 150 questions with the total time duration of 2 hours.
Employees’ State Insurance Corporation plans to fill 539 vacancies through this examination.
