The Divisional Railway Manager (DRM), Delhi, on Friday convened a meeting with nominated members of the Divisional Railway Users’ Consultative Committee (DRUCC) to deliberate on issues concerning passenger facilities in areas under the Delhi division.
“Pushpesh Raman Tripathi, Divisional Railway Manager held the meeting with the members of the DRUCC in DRM Office, New Delhi on Friday,” Himanshu Shekhar Upadhyay, Chief Public Relations Officer, Northern Railway said.

The meeting was attended by senior officials from various departments of the Delhi Division, Northern Railway. It aimed to gather inputs and feedback from DRUCC members, in line with the Ministry of Railways’ directive to increase public outreach and to get feedback for providing better services to the nation.
During the session, officials presented updates on various developmental activities and the new initiatives.
Officials present also highlighted ongoing and upcoming development projects in the division, including modernization of station infrastructure, digital ticketing facilities,and initiatives to enhance passenger convenience.
Members of the committee suggested measures to strengthen grievance redressal mechanisms.
DRM, Delhi assured the Members that the Delhi Division of Northern Railway would try to implement the various suggestions put forth by members.
He further said that Delhi Division would always remain committed to the service of the passengers and rail users.
