Odisha: Nine Khurda Road railway staff honoured with Safety Awards

Nine employees of the Khurda Road Railway Division were honoured with Safety Awards for their vigilance and outstanding contribution to ensuring safe and smooth train operations.

The awards were presented by Divisional Railway Manager (DRM) D. Sunil at a ceremony held at the DRM’s Office in the presence of Additional Divisional Railway Managers P. K. Behera and Rajdhari Yadav, and Senior Divisional Safety Officer Namonarayan Meena.

Congratulating the awardees, the DRM lauded their alertness and timely action in preventing potential safety hazards and urged all railway employees to remain vigilant and committed to ensuring safe and efficient train operations. The division said the awards reflect Indian Railways’ continued emphasis on strengthening safety through recognition of exemplary service.
