Prez Murmu confers Bharat Ratna posthumously on Charan Singh, Narasimha Rao, M S Swaminathan
President Murmu is likely to travel to BJP leader LK Advani' residence to confer the prestigious award.

Born in 1948 at Behror in Rajasthan, Chandraswami started out as an astrologer and came into contact with politicians. So was his charisma that who’s who of Indian politics would make beeline for him in the 1980s.
