Chhattisgarh’s millet pasta, noodle, poha a big draw at ITTF-2022

The Chhattisgarh Pavilion at the India International Trade Fair in Pragati Maidan, New Delhi, has become a big draw for visitors thanks to Hakka noodles made of Ragi and Poha made of Kodo, Kutki – a type of millet.

Apart from these, herbal products of Triphala, Mahua laddoo, Chyawanprash, Chironji, Sanitizer, Bhringraj oil, honey, and cashew are also available at Chhattisgarh stalls. Millets are nutritious, non-glutinous, and are not acid-forming foods, making these products very easy to digest.
"During the decade from financial year 2016 to 2025, the agricultural sector posted a decadal growth rate of 4.45 per cent, the highest compared to previous decades," Chouhan said while reacting to the Economic Survey.
Jharkhand is the focus state of IITF this year. The state is showcasing government initiatives, artisan products, and convincing the visitors to consider it a major tourist destination.
