Patanjali hosts five-day workshop on preservation and conservation of manuscripts
The workshop focused on culture, heritage, conservation, and scientific methods for their stabilisation.

A five-day workshop-cum-certificate course on “Understanding the Basics of Food Regulations in India”, jointly organised by the Department of Dairy Science, Central University of Odisha (CUO), Koraput, the Food Safety and Standards Authority of India (FSSAI), and the International Training Centre for Food Safety & Applied Nutrition (ITCFSAN), Mumbai, has got underway at the Central university.

Delivering an overview of the course, Mr. Muhammad Salman Chukkan, Technical Officer, FSSAI (ITCFSAN), Western Region, Mumbai, emphasised the relevance of the workshop for dairy technocrats in the context of India’s evolving food safety ecosystem.

Nilamani Biswal outlined the role of FSSAI and spoke on new initiatives aimed at addressing emerging challenges in food safety. Duryodhan Sethi encouraged students to adopt healthy eating habits for a better life.
In his address, Prof. Panda urged students to champion food safety and quality awareness within their communities and the wider society.
