ED comes calling before every election: KCR’s daughter
Kalvakuntla Kavitha, TRS MLC’s name appeared in the remand report submitted to the court in connection with the Delhi Liquor Scam.
BJP MP Arvind Dharmapuri filed a police complaint against TRS MLC and daughter of Chief Minister K Chandrashekhar Rao (KCR) Kalvakuntla Kavitha at Banjara Hills police station for threatening to beat him to death as well as for sending TRS “henchmen” to his house.
Pointing out that she held a press conference threatening him at the same time when his house was being attacked, he asked the police to level charges of criminal conspiracy, intimidation and instigation against Kavitha.
Earlier, Dharmapuri’s mother too had lodged a complaint with the police for the attack on their house by TRS supporters.

The TRS women’s wing has also filed a complaint with the Women’s Commission and Banjara Hills Police Station demanding action against Nizamabad BJP MP Arvind Dharmapuri for his comments against Kalvakuntla Kavitha.
Dharmapuri was accused of speaking about Kavitha in a rude, insulting and objectionable manner. Both the commission and the police were urged to take legal action against the BJP MP. The TRS found his comments objectionable, particularly when he referred to the TRS chief selling his daughter.
