BJP is not a political party but a gang: Akhilesh Yadav

Samajwadi Party (SP) national president Akhilesh Yadav has attacked the BJP, saying the saffron party is not a political party but a gang.

“The BJP’s politics is driven by cunning strategy. A harbinger of communalism and hatred, the saffron party has done nothing but misused power,” he alleged.

Speaking at a meeting of the Samajwadi Party Intellectual Forum at the Party’s state headquarters here on Friday, Akhilesh Yadav said that the country’s democratic system is being destroyed by the BJP, pushing the new generation into darkness.

He said hypocrisy and superstition have no place in a progressive society. The country is directionless under the BJP government. There is loot in the name of education. Corruption is rampant. The Chief Minister is on a farewell tour. “What is the future of the MoUs being signed now? How much time do they have left,” he asked.

Yadav said that the BJP’s policies are misleading and disgusting. Its government has handed over the entire market to foreigners who have their eyes fixed on India’s markets and land.

He said that a BJP-led gang is running the country. The only way to get rid of this gang is through Uttar Pradesh. The BJP government should reveal the country’s land area at the time of independence and its present size.

On this occasion, members of the Samajwadi Party Intellectual Forum said that Akhilesh Yadav has realized the ideas of Dr. Ram Manohar Lohia by providing equal opportunities to all and the concrete form of the PDA. “Akhilesh Yadav has given leadership to the idea of socialism. The BJP government has disappointed every section of society. It has plunged all sections of society, including intellectuals, into deep despair. The BJP has plunged the country into a whirlpool that seems to have no end. The country has faith only in Akhilesh, the messenger of modern society, ” the members of the Forum added.
