While the Home Ministry has banned cross-LOC trade in Jammu and Kashmir following reports of terrorist organisations manipulating it, the crossing of civilians from both sides was continuing as 23 persons from Pakistan occupied Jammu and Kashmir (PoJK) arrived on Monday at Chakan-da-Bagh travel point in Poonch district of Jammu.

An official report said that all 23 POJK residents were fresh arrival in India. Five persons, who had come last month, returned to POJK on Monday. Neither any person of Indian origin went to POJK or returned from there Monday afternoon.

Travel of residents of the divided Jammu and Kashmir is allowed twice a week through the two travel points at Poonch in Jammu and Uri in Kashmir.
