Ranveer Singh returns to underground rap, Gully Boys’ Murad revived
Ranveer Singh's Murad character from 'Gully Boy' makes a celebrated comeback, reuniting with the underground rap scene in a recent cameo appearance.
The daughter of Sridevi and Boney Kapoor Janhvi Kapoor is all set to make her Bollywood debut. She bagged her first role in Dharma productions Dhadak alongside Shahid Kapoor’s brother Ishaan Khattar. The film has not even released yet and if sources are to be believed she has already got another role in South Indian film Temper‘s remake Simmba.
A source revealed to Asian Age about the film and said, “Janhvi will share a lot more screen space with Ranveer than Kajal Aggarwal did in the original. Since Karan Johar is co-producing Simmba, it was his idea to cast Janhvi. Boney had reservations about this project since he had seen the original and felt the heroine’s role was limited. But Karan, who is mentoring Jhanvi and launching her in Dhadak, assured Boney and Sridevi that a hardcore masala film with Rohit Shetty is just what her career needs as a post-debut booster.”
Janhvi has gained a lot of popularity on the social media and her upcoming film Dhadak is awaited by the audience. She may share the big screen with the Padmaavat star Ranveer Singh in her next film.
