What better way to propose to a Bollywood lover than with a Shah Rukh Khan’s song, right? Well, this doesn’t only limit to Indians. A Chicago girl had her dream come true — a Shah Rukh Khan-style proposal, and it is just adorable.

Adele Pereira recently shared her cute prom proposal video on social media and you can hear SRK’s Kuch Kuch Hota Hai track in the backdrop.

Since Adele is a Bollywood buff and her favorite film is Kuch Kuch Hota Hai, Keith seized the opportunity to ask his best friend out for prom with the ‘Tum Paas aye…’ song. Both of them met in middle school and became best friends, much like Rahul and Anjali in the film. Keith made each of his classmates hand over Adele a white rose as she followed the trail to reach him. In the end, he stood there with balloons and a question mark placard. Adele took to Twitter and shared her proposal video as she wrote,”sooo grateful. couldn’t have asked for a better.”
