Prime Video has unveiled the official trailer for its upcoming thriller series, ‘Harlan Coben’s Lazarus’, just weeks ahead of its October 22 premiere. The series stars Sam Claflin and Bill Nighy in a gripping story full of mystery and suspense.
The show follows Joel Lazarus (Claflin), who returns home after the shocking suicide of his father, Dr. Jonathan Lazarus (Nighy). Soon, Joel begins experiencing strange and unexplained events.

As he searches for answers, he becomes drawn into a tangled web of cold-case murders and is forced to confront the mysteries surrounding his father’s death and the murder of his sister 25 years earlier.

Joining Claflin and Nighy is a strong supporting cast. Alexandra Roach plays Joel’s sister, Jenna Lazarus, while David Fynn appears as Seth McGovern.
Karla Crome takes on the role of Bella Catton, and Kate Ashfield plays Detective Alison Brown.
The series is based on an original idea by bestselling author Harlan Coben, who also co-wrote the show with BAFTA-winning writer Danny Brocklehurst. The two have previously collaborated on hit thrillers like ‘Fool Me Once’ and ‘Stay Close’.
Executive production is led by Coben and Brocklehurst, along with Nicola Shindler, a BAFTA winner known for ‘It’s A Sin’, and Richard Fee. Sam Claflin also serves as an executive producer.
The first two episodes will come in direction of Wayne Che Yip, recognized for his work on ‘Rings of Power’ and ‘Utopia’. Matt Strevens, who has produced shows like ‘Doctor Who’ and ‘Capital’, oversees production. ‘Harlan Coben’s Lazarus’ comes to audiences through a collaboration between Amazon MGM Studios, Quay Street Productions, and Final Twist Productions.
