Kangana Ranaut: “Shah Rukh and I are Bollywood’s last generation of stars
Kangana Ranaut asserts she and Shah Rukh Khan represent the final generation of Bollywood stars, citing their enduring relevance despite box office challenges.
Bollywood actress Kangana Ranaut will make us proud again as she would be representing India at a summit. In “Gandhi Goes Global” Summit that will be held in New Jersey, US, in August, Kangana will share the stage with former first lady Michelle Obama and talk show host Oprah Winfrey.
Talking about the summit, Kangana said, “For me, it’s always been about the impact you make on society and how you contribute to it. Sharing the stage with Michelle and Oprah will be inspiring. I’ve never been anybody’s fan but I admire and idolise women like Oprah. Once I get back to Mumbai, I will know exactly what I will be talking on and for how long, depending on which, I will prepare my speech.”
On the work front, Kangana Ranaut will resume shooting for Manikarnika on 6 April. Meanwhile, she will soon be engaged in her next venture with Rajkummar Rao, titled Mental Hai Kya.
