Kareena hails Diljit Dosanjh’s ‘Amar Singh Chamkila’ as ‘Divine’
Kareena Kapoor praises Diljit Dosanjh's portrayal of 'Amar Singh Chamkila' as divine, while Kunal Kemmu lauds the film's team.
The much-awaited Sanjay Dutt Biopic has finally locked its release date to June 29. The movie stars Ranbir Kapoor in the lead role and is directed by Rajkumar Hirani.
Soorma starring Diljit Dosanjh had also marked its release on June 29. The story of the film is based on the life of hockey player Sandeep Singh. But it seems to avoid the clash between both the films, the makers of Soorma has pushed the release date ahead to July 6, though nobody has disclosed the reason.
Soorma is directed by Shaad Ali and will also star Taapsee Pannu and Angad Bedi.

Meanwhile, the Sanjay Dutt biopic also stars Manisha Koirala, Paresh Rawal, Sonam Kapoor, Anushka Sharma, Karishma Tanna and Vicky Kaushal.
Earlier it was supposed to come out on March 30. However, Fox Studios, who is co-producing the movie, has brought in Tiger Shroff’s Baaghi 2 on the same date, and thereby Dutt biopic got pushed ahead to June 29.
So to avoid the clash the film is pushed to July 6.
