‘Love Sex aur Dhokha 2′ drops motion poster ahead of April release

After months of anticipation about the remake of Kasauti Zindagi Kay, the audience has been wondering who will step into the shoes of actors Shweta Tiwari, Cezanne Khan and Urvashi Dholakia who played Prerna, Anurag Basu and Komolika, respectively, in the original.
Amid rising speculations and anticipations, Ekta Kapoor has finally released the first look and promo of the serial to tease the audience.

She took to her Instagram handle to share the promo from the upcoming Star Plus show and captioned it as, “Love never dies!!! When u think it’s over it RETURNS ! Here it is KASAUTI ZINDAGI KAY! @starplus @balajitelefilmslimited.” The video is a scene-by-scene recreation of the opening theme from the hit original television soap from the early 2000s.
The promo stars actor Erica Fernandez as the show’s lead Prerna, who was last seen in Kuch Rang Pyaar Ke Aise Bhi as Sona. Kaisi Yeh Yaariaan actor Parth Samthaan has been finalised for the role of Anurag Basu.
Erica is seen in a black suit and red dupatta, just like the one Shweta wore in the original. The title song, though cropped in places, is also the same.
As of now, there has been no confirmation as to who will play Mr Bajaj and Komolika. There were reports that Hina Khan might play Komolika, though there has been no confirmation from her side.
Do you think Erica and Parth fit the bill as Prerna and Anurag? The verdict will have to wait a bit as Kasautii Zindagi Kay is likely to go on air by August.
