Manisha Koirala: Being away from industry helped me look at life in a different way
Actress Manisha Koirala said that being away from the film industry helped her to look at life in a different way.
The film is yet to be named, but ace filmmaker Rajkumar Hirani is all geared up for the much talked about Sanjay Dutt's biopic as he wrapped up the shooting with Manisha Koirala.
"Just finished shooting with @mkoirala as Nargisji. Such a fine performer. Wish you the best for #DearMaya Manisha" Hirani wrote on Twitter.
In the biopic, Manisha Koirala essays the role of Nargis Dutt, veteran actress and mother of Sanjay. And, Sanjay's role is being essayed by Ranbir Kapoor.

It is a well-known fact that Sanjay was very close to his mother, and it took him a long time to overcome his sorrow following her early demise. Nargis died before the release of Sanjay's first film, Rocky.
Ranbir Kapoor has undergone a lot of transformation to get into the skin of the character. He has learned every nuance of Sanjay Dutt, in order to do justice to the role he is playing.
The film also stars Sonam Kapoor, Anushka Sharma, Paresh Rawal, Karishma Tanna, Vicky Kaushal, Dia Mirza and Jim Sarbh in supporting roles.
The untitled Dutt biopic is set to release on 30 March 2018.
