After narrowly missing out on UEFA Super Cup triumph, Chelsea would be hoping that they have an improved Premier League season this time around. Chelsea are a massively followed team in the world and appeals to people from various age groups and professional backgrounds.

Several Bollywood stars and Indian sportspersons also have been spotted endorsing the game of football. Some have even invested their wealth in football franchises in India. The list includes stars like Varun Dhawan, John Abraham, Sachin Tendulkar and MS Dhoni.

Now, veteran Indian actor Amitabh Bachchan has also publicly shared his love and affection for a Premier League side and it is none other than Chelsea. In a recent event, he shared a photo of himself in which he could be spotted wearing the Chelsea jersey. The senior actor captioned the picture “streaks of ‘blue’ .. in the hair for you .. but the ‘blues’ on chest .. for all the rest .. Chelsea be the best .. !”

On the work front, Amitabh Bachchan will next be seen in films like ‘Jhund’, ‘Brahmastra’ and ‘Syee Raa Narasimha Reddy’.

Meanwhile, Chelsea are all set to face Leicester City on Sunday in their Premier League campaign ahead.
