Director Ayan Mukherji has managed an amazing casting coup for his next, Brahmastra, which stars Amitabh Bachchan, Ranbir Kapoor, Alia Bhatt and Mouni Roy in the lead roles.

The second schedule of the film has kick-started in Mumbai after the first schedule was completed by Alia and Ranbir in Bulgaria. Amitabh Bachchan a day before shared his experience on his official blog handle.

Alia Bhatt could not control her excitement after Day 1 pack-up and shared her experience of working with megastar Amitabh Bachchan on her Twitter handle.

Alia tweeted, “Working with AB has been supreme greatness! Today @SrBachchan packed up an hour before the actual pack-up but he stayed back on the sets just to give ques! I can’t begin to explain the amount of things I am learning on set just by watching him!!!!”

When fans questioned her about referring to Amitabh Bachchan as ‘AB’, she tweeted, “Yes yes I call him AB cause that’s the term of endearment we’ve all agreed to  Thank you for being so wonderful sir!!! Can’t wait to get back onto set with you, Ayan and Ranbir for some more Brahmastra madness! @SrBachchan”

A few days back, Amitabh Bachchan shared pictures on his Twitter and Instagram handle from the prep sessions of Brahmastra.

Apart from Brahmastra, Amitabh will be seen in Thugs of Hindostan, Alia Bhatt in Gully Boy and Ranbir Kapoor in Sanju.
